First Time Buyer
As a first time buyer with no previous experience of buying a home, the process can seem very confusing and overwhelming. We work alongside many well known lenders to offer you the best possible mortgage deal for your needs.

How do I purchase my first home?
- Contact us to find out what you can afford to borrow
- View homes within that price range
- When you find the perfect home, put an offer on it
- If your offer is accepted, contact us again and we will submit a mortgage application for you
What documents will I need to apply for a mortgage?
- ID (Passport/ drivers licence)
- Last 3 months bank statements
- Proof of deposit
- Last 3 months payslips (if employed)
- P60 (if employed)
- Last 3 years SA302s, Tax Year Overviews and accounts (if self-employed)
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
